Lamb Meatballs in a Spicy Curry

Ingredients:

     1 pound Lamb Mince
    1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
    1 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger
    1 teaspoon Salt
    2 Tablespoons Butter
    1  Large Onion
    4 cloves Garlic
    4 Tablespoons Madras Paste
    1 cup Boiling Water
    2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
    ½ cups Coriander Leaves

Preparation:

. In an extensive dish, include the mince, cumin, ginger and salt, and utilizing clean hands, blend until consolidated. With wet hands to avert staying, move into tablespoon-sized balls.
